Thought about trying equine therapy then this is the day for you?
Designed to give you an idea of what equine therapy is and how it an help you.
A small intimate group of 6, focusing on anxiety and its causes and ways to help manage it. Depression and the blues and how we can combat it before it takes over.
Visualizastion and mediation techniques, in a fun, supportive environment, playing with horses.
This is suited to absolutely anyone, no need for any experience with horses from ages 8 and upwards.
You do not need a diagnosed condition, perhaps you are just feeling flat or stuck in a rut.

ARE YOU WANTING A LOW KEY CASUAL SOCIAL OUTTING WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE?
This is the clinic for you!!!!!!
We offer games, agility, equine therapy, relaxation, and lots of activities to do with your horse in a fun supportive natural environment. (Groundwork only with view to do ridden in later clinics)
Bring your own horse or borrow one of ours. No horse experience necessary.

After speaking to many of my clients and other people I have come up with this crazy idea.
We are going to establish a regular easy going social trail walk group.
"Whats that?" I hear you say
Basically its an opportunity to take your horse for a stroll with a group of like minded people.
Perfect for those riders suffering anxiety,
For exposing your horse to a new environment,
For those with companion horses only to have an outing,
First outing for young horses,
A led trail ride for the kids
A social gathering with the benefit of physical activity exposure for your horse all in a friendly open judgement free atmosphere.
Horses can be led or ridden, but it will only be at walking pace . Approx 1 hour walk followed by lunch
If you are unable to bring your own horse or dont have a horse of your own we have a few available for you to lead. Horseless walkers welcome too. Dogs allowed as long as on leash
Participation fee is $10.00

Have you ever wanted to see what happens at Lincoln park and meet the horses up close and hear their stories. This is the day for you.
11am Guided tour of the horses and their stories.
Also offering a garage sale on the day to buy amazing bargains whilst helping raise funds for the sanctuary.
